Stop chronic back pain doing one simple thing, kill your couch

 

The couch was made for instant comfort not always the best posture, the long term use of a couch causes bad posture which is the direct cause of chronic back pain. 

avoid sitting on your couch and slouching, by simply sitting on the floor.  Now at first this will probably be uncomfortable on your back since you are actually stimulating the muscles that promote good posture.  So expect some slight discomfort and adjustment.  But with regular lying and sitting on the floor your posture will improve and your chronic pain will go away.

Practice lying on your back on the floor and feel your body relax slowly do some cross body stretches crossing your leg over the opposite side of your body and hold until it becomes comfortable usually 2-5
 minutes.

be a kid play on the floor keep your youth and stop the stiffness. Sell your couch and do something fun with the money.  Your life will be improved by having more space in your home and your body will be more flexible by actually doing some stretches.

Kill your couch and your life will improve its that simple.  Enjoy, play and be happy!!!
